Return policy

The optional 30-day money-back guarantee is a paid, store-backed add-on. When it is purchased, GUNSHELF will refund the price of the shelves for any reason if the return is requested within 30 days of delivery and the item is returned complete. The guarantee fee itself, the mystery gift, and shipping protection are not refundable, and this add-on does not reduce any refund or cancellation right you already have by law.

A final returns, cancellations, damage, and exchange policy has not yet been approved for GUNSHELF.

Before live sales are enabled, this page must state the return window, product condition requirements, who pays return freight, handling of made-to-order items, damage reporting period, and refund processing timeline.
